1.  PERSONAL GOALS & VALUES: I believe In God, and seek his guidance in all things. Family is critical to my personal and professional success and happiness, and everything else follows those two constants in my life.  I believe in treating others with respect and honesty. I try and maintain a positive outlook on life, and attempt to surround myself with others who do the same, while accepting and appreciating that we are all unique and important to this world.  
2.  RESPONSIBILITY:  I acknowledge that I am not perfect and will make mistakes.  When I do so, I will accept responsibility, resolve the situation and move forward.  I hold myself responsible for continued improvement of my own well-being, and recognize that I must strive to keep growing as a person; spiritually, physically, emotionally and professionally.   I expect the same of others.
